Important Information Before Purchase

The product images displayed on our website are AI-generated for presentation purposes. While we ensure the design closely matches the actual product, slight differences in colour, finishing, size, or detailing may occur in real products.

If you would like to see real product photos or videos before placing your order, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp. We will gladly share actual product images/videos whenever available.

Before dispatching your order, we will send you the actual product photos on WhatsApp for confirmation.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, missing item, or damage claim. The video must be recorded clearly from the moment the sealed package is opened without any cuts or pauses.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized, sale, or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged or defective.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details, clear product photos, and the unboxing video. Our team will review the request and guide you with the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our mistake or a defective product.
